Technical requirements for industrial plugs:
1. Flame retardant: 10 second combustion test, flame extinguishes within 30 seconds, meets UL94V-0 fire rating;
2. Waterproof inspection: plugged in properlyconnectorImmerse in water at a depth of 0.5 for 30 minutes, and there is no water leakage at the interface of the connector. After drying at room temperature for 30 minutes, the insulation resistance is ≥ 2M Ω, which meets the waterproof level IP67;
3. Conducting impedance: The standard value is less than 2 ohms;
4. Insulation resistance: The point-to-point test resistance is 500V, the test time is 0.1 seconds, and the insulation resistance is ≥ 2 ohms;
5. Voltage endurance: Under normal atmospheric pressure, the voltage is AC500V, the leakage current is 2mA, and there is no arcing breakdown for 1 second;
6. Short circuit test: Short circuit judgment value of 2K Ω;
