Technical requirements for streetlight connectors:
1. Flame retardant: 10 second combustion test, flame extinguishes within 30 seconds, meets UL94V-0 fire rating;
2. Waterproof inspection: After inserting the connector into water at a depth of 0.5 for 30 minutes, there is no water leakage at the interface of the connector. After being left to air at room temperature for 30 minutes, the insulation resistance is ≥ 2M Ω, which meets the waterproof level IP67;
3. Conducting impedance: The standard value is less than 2 ohms;
4. Insulation resistance: The point-to-point test resistance is 500V, the test time is 0.1 seconds, and the insulation resistance is ≥ 2 ohms;
5. Voltage endurance: Under normal atmospheric pressure, the voltage is AC500V, the leakage current is 2mA, and there is no arcing breakdown for 1 second;
6. Short circuit test: Short circuit judgment value of 2K Ω;
